Please take some time to read and understand our terms and conditions before making your purchase. By shopping with us, you are deemed to have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to the terms as stated below. We may amend the terms & conditions at any time without prior notice. You should check back regularly to review the updated terms & conditions.

1. Service
USShoppingSOS, Inc. (“The Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) mainly assist in purchasing the merchandises from Japan, Hong Kong and Shanghai Disneyresort, Disney Stores, Sanrio Stores & Starbucks on behalf of our customers. But we may accept some special requests other than Disney merchandises; customers are welcome to contact us for further assistance.

2. Purchase
By making the purchase, you confirm that you are eighteen (18) years of age or older.

Please ensure you have correct item before checking out. We will not be able to amend orders or combined orders once they have been confirmed or if duplicate orders are placed. Discount code must be entered before checking out for discount to be valid if you have one. No refund will be made for orders where discount codes are not entered at point of purchase.

Placing an order on our website, and receiving an order confirmation of any kind, does not guarantee order fulfillment. Orders may be cancelled by our company at any time and for any reason, with or without notice.

3. Payment
The Company accepts PayPal and credit cards in the USD currency for worldwide customers. Invoice is due upon received. Our service is not started until the payment is verified and processed.

4. Shipping Address
Our shipping team follows the shipping address on the order to send out the package. We will not refund any amount for the returned package if the customers provide incorrect address. In the unfortunate event of returned mail, customers will have to bear postage charges for redelivery. If the reason for returned mail arises due to error on our party, postage cost will covered by us. Returned mail that is left unclaimed for 3 months will be deemed as USShoppingSOS, INC property without prior notice.

5. Taxes
The Company is formed in California, and we will collect CA Sales Tax from all CA customers on behalf of the states government. The tax rate is currently 7.25% statewide and vary added district taxes may be applied. Customers who are located in the other states are responsible to report their Use Tax. All customers are responsible for the Custom Taxes if there is any. We will not refund any amount for the returned package if the customers refuse to pay custom tax. Extra shipping fees will be charged to resend the package.

6. Delivery Service & Time
The Company does not carry inventory on hand and we usually takes around 7 to 14 business days to pick up the merchandises from stores and ship out the orders. Tracking number will be provided thru email once the orders has been shipped.

Most of the orders are shipped from Hong Kong with Hong Kong Post or Tokyo with Japan Post via Airmail. The package will be delivered in around 7 to 21 business days by the customer’s local post office depend on the location. If the Post Office has suspended its airmail service due to whatever reasons, we will ship out your package via surface mail or the available service without prior notice.

Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, delays may be occurred at a high chance. Delivery time may be longer than normal and please be patient with it.

7. Package Insurance
All the packages are non-insured unless it is listed in the post. Customers are welcome to add the insurance when the order is placed. If the package get lost in the shipment, we would not be liable for the lost. Even with insurance, we are not liable for any lost (e.g. theft) if the tracking show it is "Delivered".

8. Damaged or Defective Items
Our shipping team checks each item and packs carefully to ensure it will be safely arrived on customers’ hand. But if the items are defective or damaged during the shipment, the customers should contact us within 48 hours after the package has been delivered with pictures proof. We will provide solutions based on situation. If we send the incorrect items, shipment will be rearranged and we will reimburse the postage for the return package.

However, we are not the manufacturer and will not be responsible for any manufacture defects or warranty. Please contact the manufacturer directly for manufacture defects and warranty. Their information is usually listed on the packaging. 

9. Refund or Exchange Policy

Cancellation and items exchange are acceptable only BEFORE the team has picked up the items; and 15% cancellation fee will be charged for all cancel orders. After we pick up the items, all sales are final.

If you would like to cancel an pre-order item before its released or restocked date, 15% cancellation fee will be applied as well.

The Company will refund the full amount only if the items are out of stock in the stores. No return or exchange is allowed even the customers regret to buy the items or the clothes sizing is not fitted. Therefore, we highly recommend the customers consult with our personal shoppers via emails, Instagram direct messages or Facebook private messages for the right sizing or any concerns before placing the order.

10. In case of dispute, the Company reserves the right to make the final decision.

11. The Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
