Refund & Exchange

Special Exception for Aulani, DLR, HKDL, TDR, SHDL, SHDS, Starbucks China & Starbucks Hong Kong due to Coronavirus

Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, all Disney Parks are temporary closed. Only selective items are available in Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel and Shanghai Downtown Disney. Thus, we cannot fulfill most of the Parks (Aulani, DLR, HKDL, TDR, SHDL) pick up service until they are reopened.

Also, Hong Kong has suspended part of the postal service to certain countries, including USA, Canada, Japan, Korea, United Kingdom, France, Australia and etc. And we cannot ship out HKDL, SHDL SHDS, Starbucks China & Starbucks Hong Kong orders until the postal service suspension is ended.

If you don't want to wait for this uncertain period of time, please contact us within 2 hours after the order has been placed and we will be able to cancel your order and fully refund (for Aulani, DLR, HKDL, TDR, SHDL, SHDS, Starbucks China & Starbucks Hong Kong only). After the 2-hour period, we will NOT accept any refund or exchange even you change your mind later due to any reasons.

If we haven't heard from you within the 2-hour period, then we're going to pick up your order as soon as we can once the parks are reopened. If any of the items is not available at that time, we will follow up with you to either exchange for other items or fully refund. Otherwise, we will notify you when your order has been sent with the tracking number in about 2 weeks after the parks are reopened.

For Other Items

Cancellation and items exchange are acceptable within two hours after the order has been placed and 8% cancellation fee will be charged for cancel orders. The customer must email us within the time frame for the cancellation or exchange. All cancellation and exchange request after two hours time frame will not be granted.

After the two-hour cancellation and exchange time frame, all sales are final. The Company will refund the full amount only if the items are out of stock in the stores.  no return or exchange is allowed even the customers regret to buy the items or the clothes sizing is not fitted. Therefore, we highly recommend the customers consult with our personal shoppers via emails, Instagram direct messages or Facebook private messages for the right sizing or any concerns before placing the order.
