Cancellation and items exchange are acceptable within two hours after the order has been placed or BEFORE the team has picked up the items; whichever comes earlier; 8% cancellation fee will be charged for cancel orders. The customer must email us within the time frame for the cancellation or exchange. All cancellation and exchange request after two hours time frame will not be granted.
After the two-hour cancellation and exchange time frame, all sales are final. The Company will refund the full amount only if the items are out of stock in the stores. No return or exchange is allowed even the customers regret to buy the items or the clothes sizing is not fitted. Therefore, we highly recommend the customers consult with our personal shoppers via emails, Instagram direct messages or Facebook private messages for the right sizing or any concerns before placing the order.
