A strap with a small bell attached to a mini
folding fan that can be opened and closed. There are 10 character designs in total, including 9 designs of Mickey, Minnie, Chip & Dale, Pooh & Piglet, Baymax, Stitch, Marie from "The Aristocats", Ariel & Flounder, and Rapunzel & Pascal, plus one secret design.
One of the designs is included in the small box.
