Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, our Aulani, California Disneyland resort (DLR), part of Hong Kong Disneyland (HKDL), Tokyo Disney Resort (TDR) and Universal Studio Japan (USJ) pick up service is temporary suspended until those parks are reopened. You can still place the order with us and we will fulfill as soon as we can after the parks are reopened. We also recommend that you can place your order after you see the park reopening post.

For other items (e.g. Shanghai Disneyland (SHDL), Disney Store, Starbucks, other Disney License Products and etc), we're going to pick up your order in the store soon. If any of the items is available in the store in our coming 2 visits, we will follow up with you to either exchange for other items or fully refund. Otherwise, we will notify you when your order has been sent with the tracking number in about 14 to 21 business days.

Surface mail, also known as sea mail, is mail that is transported by land ad sea (along the surface of the earth) rather than by airplane.

It will take about 1 to 3 months to deliver.

Cancellation and items exchange are acceptable within two hours after the order has been placed and 8% cancellation fee will be charged for cancel orders. The customer must email us within the time frame for the cancellation or exchange. All cancellation and exchange request after two-hour time frame will not be granted.

After the two-hour cancellation and exchange time frame, all sales are final. The Company will refund the full amount only if the items are out of stock in the stores.  no return or exchange is allowed even the customers regret to buy the items or the clothes sizing is not fitted. Therefore, we highly recommend the customers consult with our personal shoppers via emails, Instagram direct messages or Facebook private messages for the right sizing or any concerns before placing the order.

Our shipping team checks each item and packs carefully to ensure it will be safely arrived on customers’ hand. But if the items are defective or damaged during the shipment, the customers should contact us as soon as possible with pictures proof. We will provide solutions based on situation. If we send the incorrect items, shipment will be rearranged and we will reimburse the postage for the return package.

Items exchange are acceptable ONLY within two hours after the order has been placed.

Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available at Disneyland or stores. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order and the value of the Not Available items will be fully refunded to you.

Once our shipping team has shipped out your order, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment's tracking number via Email.

We ship all of our orders by USPS or other local post office. Once a package leaves our warehouse, it is out of our hands and becomes the responsibility of the courier. For questions regarding tracking or locating your package once it has been shipped – please contact USPS or your Local Post office directly and provide your tracking information.

Since we don't carry inventory on hand, we usually takes around 2 to 3 weeks to purchase, process and ship out the orders.
